  1. The more you add, the more confused your skin gets (which can have detrimental effects--e.g breakouts). The best thing you can do is make sure you are eating a healthy and balanced diet as well as drinking plenty of water. anti-aging products are best used for women in their late twenties to early thirties. Right now for our age group we should be proactive in using proper sun-care and being delicate with our skin. Make sure you use a moisturizer with a sunscreen (making sure to cover your face, neck and even your chest if you're wearing a more revealing top) of at LEAST SPF 15. Ideally, you want a moisturizer with an SPF around 30+ and also shields "broad spectrum" rays as some only block the UVB rays.

As for the uneven skin tone, it could be attributed to many things. There are many products out there for that but, in the end it has to do with more what you are putting in on the inside and less about what you are slathering on on the outside. Myself, I have found however, that I am partial to Aveeno's daily moisturizer as it does include a sunscreen and it seems to have helped even out my own skin tone...then again, everybody's skin is different so I try not to be a walking advertisement (or rather...typing? haha).

Make sure you cleanse both in the morning and night, using a gentle cleanser. Always moisturize after cleansing as well. You can use a different moisturizer at night if you like since you don't need an SPF while sleeping...unless you're camping or sleeping in direct sunlight.

If you know an older woman whose skin you would like to have at that age ask her what she uses and what age she started taking more care of her skin. Don't forget to ask your mom as well! Even though you may think she doesn't know what she's talking about half the time, her skin is closest to what yours will look like down the road.

Hope I helped :p, and good luck!
